We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and skilled High School Math Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment, delivering high-quality instruction in various math courses, and fostering students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This role requires a strong understanding of mathematical concepts, effective teaching strategies, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and deliver lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum and state standards.
• Teach a range of math subjects, including but not limited to Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Statistics, and Precalculus.
• Develop and implement assessment tools to measure students' understanding and progress.
• Adapt instructional methods and materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Create a classroom environment that encourages active learning, critical thinking, and respect.
• Provide individual and group support to students who need additional help or enrichment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including grades and attendance.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and behavior.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and other collaborative activities.
• Promote a culture of lifelong learning and mathematical curiosity.

Requisitos

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification in secondary education with a focus on mathematics (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong knowledge of high school math curricula and instructional techniques.
• Experience teaching high school students preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with varying levels of ability.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
